Software Engineer – Full-Stack (JavaScript, .NET) | Mid and Senior Levels

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
You will join the Identity and Access Management (IAM) program, working in a team responsible for building a robust, secure, and scalable platform to manage access rights. The system will be responsible for managing and provisioning access to various applications used by the company on a global scale.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements for the access management system.
• Implement policies and fine-grained access control mechanisms tailored to business application needs.
• Follow coding standards and perform unit testing to ensure code quality.
• Actively participate in the Scrum team and Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, dailies, retrospectives, and reviews), developing solutions iteratively.
• Write clean, sustainable, and well-documented code, as well as policies using Rego.
• Collaborate with other developers to ensure that deliverables meet acceptance criteria.
• Fix bugs and implement improvements based on code review feedback.
• Ensure proper coverage with unit, integration, and policy tests.
• Support the creation and maintenance of technical documentation and user guides.
• Understand the system design and process flows and develop features using Open Policy Agent (OPA).
REQUIREMENTS:
For Mid-Level Candidates:
• Practical knowledge in Information Security and Identity and Access Management (IAM/ILM/PAM/IGA);
• Good understanding of access control types and models;
• Proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with frameworks such as Angular;
• Proficiency in .NET 8 or higher;
• Experience in full-stack development or specialization in front-end/back-end with databases;
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Domain-Driven Design (DDD);
• Experience with microservices, containers (Docker), and Kubernetes;
• Familiarity with OAuth2, JWT, JSON, XML, RESTful APIs, and Azure cloud;
• Knowledge of secure and auditable access control practices.
For Senior-Level Candidates:
• Advanced expertise in Information Security and Identity and Access Management (IAM/ILM/PAM/IGA);
• Strong understanding of access control types and models;
• Proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with frameworks such as Angular;
• Proficiency in .NET 8 or higher;
• Experience in full-stack development or specialization in front-end/back-end with databases;
• Strong grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Domain-Driven Design (DDD);
• Experience with microservices, containers (Docker), and Kubernetes;
• Familiarity with OAuth2, JWT, JSON, XML, RESTful APIs, and Azure cloud;
• Knowledge of secure and auditable access control practices;
• Ability to lead technical decisions and mentor team members.
IMPORTANT
For both levels, a completed higher education degree and advanced or fluent English are required, due to collaboration with international teams.
NICE TO HAVE:
• Experience with Rust or other modern programming languages
• Hands-on experience with Rego and Open Policy Agent (OPA)
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform
