ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for an IT Functional Analyst to work in an international and collaborative environment, focusing on Information Security and IAM (Identity and Access Management) projects. You will be responsible for understanding business needs, defining functional requirements, and supporting the development team in delivering solutions aligned with security, compliance, and usability standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collaborate with stakeholders and the Product Owner to define and document requirements
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements
• Design process flows and system architecture
• Develop user stories with clear acceptance criteria for Agile teams (Scrum)
• Use Cucumber (or similar) and BDD (Behavior Driven Development) for documentation and feature verification
• Participate in the definition and validation of test cases
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
• Ensure up-to-date functional and technical documentation
• Analyze and suggest improvements to access control processes
• Serve as a functional reference for IAM tools and platforms
• Work closely with operations and security teams
• Lead training sessions, meetings, and workshops with stakeholders
• Support related projects within the Identity and Access domain
• Stay current with trends and best practices in IAM
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields
• Fluent English (written and spoken communication)
• Solid experience as a Functional or Business Analyst in structured IT environments
• Knowledge of UML, Visio, Draw.io for process modeling and diagrams
• Familiarity with functional design, user journey mapping, and technical specification writing
• Experience with Agile management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar
• Experience delivering functional training and presentations to stakeholders
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria
