Software Engineer - Delphi and Oracle PL/SQL | Junior and Mid-Senior Levels

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
You will be part of a dedicated and enthusiastic team responsible for developing improvements in a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and providing support to various system clients. We have openings for Junior and Mid/Senior levels, working directly with Product Owners and other stakeholders to ensure quality deliveries.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Estimate the complexity and effort required for requests
• Choose the most appropriate technical solution to meet user requirements
• Design, develop, and implement changes in the LIMS system according to client and business user needs
• Provide support for the LIMS system in collaboration with other team members
• Work together with other team members (Engineers/QA) to ensure high-quality solutions are delivered
• Ensure that best practices and high-quality standards are applied and followed
REQUIREMENTS:
For Junior Position:
• Experience in development using Embarcadero Delphi 2006 or later versions (preferably Delphi 12)
• Knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL
• Understanding of relational databases (Oracle 9i, 11c or higher)
• Knowledge of agile practices, especially Scrum and/or Kanban
• Analytical skills, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities
• Collaboration with Business Analysts and Software Architects
• Basic knowledge of test-driven development (TDD) and test automation
• Comfortable with unit testing and mocking techniques in Delphi
• Ability to translate functional requirements into technical solutions
• Knowledge of Delphi for developing Windows Services and/or UI Forms is a plus
For Mid/Senior Position:
• Solid experience with development in Embarcadero Delphi 2006 or later versions (preferably Delphi 12)
• Strong knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL
• Deep understanding of relational databases (Oracle 9i, 11c or higher)
• Advanced knowledge of agile practices, especially Scrum and/or Kanban
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Proven experience collaborating with Business Analysts and Software Architects
• Experience in test-driven development (TDD) and test automation
• Comfortable performing unit testing and using mocking techniques with Delphi
• Ability to translate complex functional requirements into technical solutions
• Experience with Delphi for developing Windows Services and/or UI Forms is considered a significant plus
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Location: Indaiatuba/SP
Advanced and/or fluent English is mandatory, as the role involves working with international teams
